777cs Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

Welcome to 777cs. Before you create an account, make a deposit or play any game on the 777cs platform, please take a few minutes to read through these Terms and Conditions. They are written to be as clear and direct as possible — we want every player in Pakistan to understand exactly what they are agreeing to, what 777cs promises in return, and what happens if things go wrong. These terms apply to every person who accesses the 777cs website or uses any 777cs service, regardless of how they found us or which device they are using.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777cs platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 777cs platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 777cs (the "Platform"). They are supplemented by the 777cs Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Promotions page. In the event of any conflict, the terms of a specific promotion govern that promotion only — all other aspects of your account are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Requirements

The 777cs platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit or play any game at 777cs. This age requirement applies to all users regardless of their location within Pakistan or the type of game they intend to play.

777cs reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, or at any time we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player may not meet the age requirement. Acceptable documentation includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a passport or a government-issued driving licence showing date of birth.

If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all pending winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any amounts already paid out in error. 777cs does not tolerate underage gaming and takes all reasonable technical steps to prevent it.

In addition to the age requirement, 777cs accounts are available to residents of Pakistan. Players who access 777cs from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own legal risk and 777cs accepts no liability in that regard.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full 777cs platform including real-money games and all payment features, you must register a player account. Registration requires a valid mobile phone number, a secure password and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Each player is entitled to register one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same phone number, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. 777cs uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if multiple registrations are found, with winnings from duplicated accounts forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777cs account login details. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, contact 777cs support immediately at support@777cs.ws. 777cs will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth or a phone number you do not own — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Section 4

Deposits & Payments

All deposits to 777cs are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. 777cs does not charge any fee for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider if you are unsure.

777cs accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. These are the only payment methods accepted. Deposits made via unofficial or alternative methods will not be credited to your account and 777cs cannot guarantee recovery of such funds.

Funds deposited to your 777cs wallet are held in a segregated account, meaning they are kept separate from 777cs operational funds. This provides a layer of protection for your balance in the event of any operational disruption.

777cs does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to other people — including family members — are not permitted. If a third-party payment is detected, the deposit will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Section 5

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the player requests otherwise and 777cs approves an alternative at its discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume or platform maintenance, processing may take up to 24 hours. 777cs will notify affected players by the contact details on their account if an unusual delay occurs.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, 777cs may request identity verification, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where the account has not previously completed a verified withdrawal. Players should ensure their CNIC or passport details are up to date in their account profile to avoid delays.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only real-money winnings generated through bonus play (after wagering requirements have been met) are available for withdrawal. Please refer to Section 6 for full details of bonus wagering requirements.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

777cs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any discrepancy between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms apply to that promotion only.

All bonuses at 777cs are subject to a wagering requirement, which means that before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable real money, a total wager equal to the wagering multiple must be placed. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details before you claim the offer. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement at 777cs is 20x the bonus amount.

The following general rules apply to all 777cs bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer — expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• If a player attempts to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, 777cs will remove the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings before processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — Virtual Sports and Ludo typically contribute 100% of each wager toward requirements; check the specific promotion page for game-specific contribution rates.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using third-party services to achieve the minimum wagering requirement with minimal risk — is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

Section 7

Game Rules & Fairness

All games on the 777cs platform — including Virtual Sports, Ludo, Aviator, Roulette and Card Games — operate under clearly defined rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

All game outcomes at 777cs are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for statistical fairness. The RNG produces outcomes that follow a uniform distribution — no player or 777cs staff member can predict or influence individual game results. Audit records are maintained and available for compliance review.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — including a disconnection, server error or software malfunction — 777cs will attempt to reinstate the game to its pre-fault state where technically possible. If reinstatement is not possible, the stake wagered in the affected round will be refunded to the player's 777cs wallet. Winnings from rounds that were fully completed before the fault occurred will not be affected.

777cs reserves the right to void any game round where there is evidence of cheating, collusion, or exploitation of a software error. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 777cs. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple account creation — registering more than one 777cs account under any name or identity.
• Identity fraud — registering with false personal information or impersonating another person.
• Payment fraud — using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods to deposit.
• Bonus abuse — any systematic exploitation of promotional offers including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games such as Ludo.
• Software manipulation — using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any third-party software designed to interact with the 777cs platform in a way not intended for normal player use.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet after depositing to 777cs without first contacting support.
• Harassment — abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour directed at other players or 777cs support staff.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

777cs reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms and Conditions have been breached. In such cases, 777cs will investigate the account activity before making a final decision on closure.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by the contact details on your account as soon as reasonably practicable. You may appeal a suspension decision by contacting support@777cs.ws with a clear explanation and any supporting information. 777cs will respond to appeal requests within five business days.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 777cs support. The real-money balance on a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within five business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

For accounts closed due to self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme, re-registration is not permitted during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to create a new account during a self-exclusion period will be treated as a violation of these terms.

Section 10

Responsible Gaming

777cs is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for every player in Pakistan. We believe strongly that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or a way to solve financial problems. These Terms and Conditions require all players to engage with the platform within the spirit of responsible gaming.

Every 777cs account comes with built-in responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Timers — receive an alert after a set duration to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net gaming result during a session.
• Self-Exclusion — immediately lock your account for a period of your choosing (from 7 days to permanent). Self-exclusion takes effect instantly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

777cs support staff are trained to recognise and sensitively handle player queries that indicate potential problem gambling. Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777cs platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game interfaces, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the intellectual property of 777cs or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777cs platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, modifying, distributing, selling, leasing or sublicensing any 777cs content. It does not permit reverse engineering or decompiling any 777cs software. Any use of 777cs content beyond the scope of this licence requires prior written consent from 777cs.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

777cs provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cs shall not be liable for: losses arising from platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; losses arising from external network issues, device failures or internet connectivity problems on the player's side; or any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of the platform.

777cs's total liability to any individual player for any cause of action shall not exceed the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 777cs's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Please be aware that gambling carries financial risk. You may lose money placed on bets and game stakes at 777cs. 777cs is not responsible for any financial loss arising from the natural outcomes of games played on the platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Section 13

Privacy & Data Protection

777cs collects and processes personal data in accordance with the 777cs Privacy Policy, which you can read in full at Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In brief: 777cs collects the personal information you provide during registration and any subsequent identity verification, your transaction history, and technical data about how you use the platform (device type, IP address, session durations). This data is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with anti-fraud requirements and improve the platform. 777cs does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and access is strictly controlled. You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 777cs holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements. Section 14

Changes to These Terms

777cs reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777cs will notify registered players via the contact details on their account at least seven days before the changes take effect. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the 777cs platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect by contacting 777cs support.
